It Started with From Food Truck to Industry
In 2018, we launched a food truck in Al-Khobar called O'GO. Fresh beef straight from the butcher. Homemade mushroom sauce. Our secret O'GO sauce recipe. Not a trading company. Not an industrial supplier. A food truck serving people who didn't have time to wait.
That food truck taught us something no business school ever could: when a customer is hungry, excuses don't work. "The supplier was late" doesn't fill their stomach. "We ran out" doesn't solve their problem. You either deliver, or you don't. There's no middle ground.
We carried that lesson into everything that came next. When we pivoted to industrial supply, we brought the same mentality: the project manager waiting for equipment is just as impatient as the worker waiting for his burger. Deliver fast, deliver right, or don't bother.

From Tires to Industrial Supply
By 2020, we had moved from food to government contracts—trailer tires, vehicle fleets, maintenance services. Every contract reinforced the same lesson: logistics is logistics. The government entity waiting for tires was as demanding as the hungry customer. We delivered.
Then mid-2021: we saw the Eastern Province's industrial sector. Factories waiting weeks for quotes. Projects delayed by slow suppliers. A broken system serving a world-class industrial base. We thought: what if we brought fleet-service urgency to industrial supply?
So we pivoted again. Same principles, bigger stakes.
The result? Procurement teams used to waiting weeks started getting responses in hours. By 2022, Aramco registered us as approved vendors—Vendor #10109048. Not because we had decades of history. Because we delivered like the supply chain depended on it. It did.

The Challenge
NEOM Residential Village in Sharma needed infrastructure upgrade. During the upgrade, power couldn't be cut to residents. They needed 300+ UPS units of various capacities. Timeline was tight. Very tight.
What We Did
We assessed loads for each building, identified suitable units from our stock and manufacturer partners, coordinated phased delivery per their upgrade schedule, and supervised installation.
The Result
All units delivered on schedule. Zero outage for residents. Zero complaints.
